Anti-MMAE/MMAF Monoclonal Antibody (mAb)
Anti-MMAE/MMAF monoclonal antibody(mAb)
Our anti-MMAE/MMAF monoclonal antibody was developed to meet the needs of ADC pharmacokinetic researchers and also used for in-depth understanding of the properties of MMAE and MMAF.
It provides a clear picture of MMAE/MMAF-conjugated ADC dosing and allows appropriate analysis of the pharmacokinetic profile of the compound (e.g., absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion profiles). This antibody is a valuable tool for researchers dedicated to optimizing ADC therapy.

Validation Data (Validation Data)
Figure 1 demonstrates the effective binding of GeneMedi's GTU-Bios-Auristatin-Ab-01-2 and GTU-Bios-Auristatin-Ab-02-2 to ADC (PTM-1 MMAE). This underscores GeneMedi's commitment to producing high-quality antibodies tailored for effective conjugation of MMAE-based ADCs. The robust binding shown in the figure highlights our expertise in developing optimized antibodies for targeted drug delivery.
Figure 2 illustrates the specificity of the antibodies: GTU-Bios-Auristatin-Ab-01-2 successfully binds to ADC (PTM-1 MMAF), whereas GTU-Bios-Auristatin-Ab-02-2 does not. This specificity is crucial for precise targeting of MMAE-containing ADCs, thereby enhancing therapeutic efficacy and minimizing off-target effects.
Figure 3 demonstrates another aspect of antibody specificity, where neither antibody binds to DXD-conjugated ADCs. This data underscores GeneMedi's commitment to producing highly selective antibodies, ensuring minimal interference with non-target payloads, and providing researchers with reliable tools designed for precision medicine applications.
GTU-Bios-Auristatin-Ab-01-2 has minimal and negligible impact in human and monkey PK studies. The impact of GTU-Bios-Auristatin-Ab-02-2 is even smaller. Both antibodies are suitable for human and monkey PK experiments.
