Application
Protocol
- Preparation: Resuspend PBMCs in separation buffer.
- Labeling: Add the Isolation Cocktail and incubate for 15 minutes at 2-8°C(3).
- Washing: Wash cells with buffer to remove unbound antibodies(4).
- Bead Incubation: Add Anti-Biotin Nanobeads and incubate for 15 minutes at 2-8°C(5).
- Separation: Pass the suspension through the LS Column; collect the flow-through (enriched NK cells)(6).
